COVID-19 Impact updates
We continue to process and post orders whilst observing the UK government's advise on protecting ourselves and our customers from coronavirus.
Please note the following impact on our business:
In addition to wearing PPE, all containers are cleaned with anti-bacterial material before being packaged for delivery.
Please note that though we are processing as normal, due to increased volume, our processing time could take up to 48 hours.
Royal Mail is experiencing delays in about 1 in every 10 orders we send out. Please do not panic if you order does not arrive within the usual few days.
Any out-of-stock items could take up to 1-2 weeks to be replenished due to production slow-downs of our British raw ingredient suppliers. We will work to replenish high priority items first.
