BBN Tip #2: Don’t fight your face! Be kind

We tend to think we need to be tough and aggressive with things that we want to control, especially when those things don’t behave the way want. It’s not the best approach in life, or with your skin. If you have oily or acne-prone skin, treat it like sensitive skin. Don’t douse it with harsh scrubs and acids. It’s counterproductive. Skin can end up rebelling by over-producing oil or pigmentation that causes scaring . Be good to yourself.
